The course was designed by the golf architects Hawtree & Sons. It is a very friendly golf club with a very chilled atmosphere and is open to non members. During the year the club holds several open competitions and events for its members.

There is a coaching area and a practice area as well as a driving range.

There is a golf shop which stocks many top brands.
