We offer a fully equipped Gym, dedicated Power Plate training, Outdoor floodlit Tennis Courts, Squash Courts, Heated Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools with Aqua Fit classes and swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, indoor relaxation area comprising a Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, a fully licensed bistro, on-site Crèche and Day Nursery, on-site Beauty Salon and on-site Children’s Activity Centre, plus plenty of on-site parking.

As well as the above we offer an unbeatable group exercise timetable and are Guernsey’s only Platinum BTS Club. With over 50 fitness classes per week, we are the only fitness club on the island to offer both YOGA and ZUMBA FREE OF CHARGE within your membership. Furthermore we offer BODY ATTACK, BODY VIVE, BODY COMBAT, BODY BALANCE, BODY JAM, RPM SPINNING, BOXERCISE, FREESTYLE SPINNING, BALLET FITNESS, THE HOUR OF POWER, OUTDOOR ACTIVE and PRE & POST NATAL CLASSES all FREE OF CHARGE within your membership or only £8.50 per class for non-members.

Not only this but we also run BEGINNERS BOOT CAMP, ADVANCED BOOT CAMP and MY BMI courses, all FREE OF CHARGE within your membership and also available to non-members
