What is ZUMBA® fitness?

Using Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba, Reggaeton music and dance moves, this unique fitness class is set to get your heart pumping and your feet tapping working the whole body You don’t need a partner, and It is suitable for any age, size and fitness. You burn between 500-800 calories in one session whilst having fun☺. Come and try it out & join the Party.

BENEFITS ☺Doctors approve, toning, weight lose, socialising, fun, letting your hair down & lots more… I am doing 8 ZUMBA® fitness classes in different venues, morning and evening classes, with a Party atmosphere. In the evening classes we turn the lights down so you can strut your stuff and nobody can see you. Zumba fitness is just about having a good time and letting your self enjoy the music. You will get hooked ☺

Morning sessions have a toddler corner and then the children can do a FunDance class straight after if the mums have got any energy left? ☺.

You can wear whatever you like; something loose and comfortable is best. I suggest court, tennis shoes or comfortable flat shoes. I can order dance sneakers or ZUMBA® fitness T-Shirts, trousers and accessories which are really cool & colourful for you if you would like.

You can get gift vouchers from me at any price. It could be for a class, term or clothing. The choice is yours!

Please bring some water or soft drink as you get quite hot & thirsty.

Cost: weekly, ½ or full term, Flexi. (Approx £5-£6 per class) Numbers are limited so the class doesn’t get too crowded so booking is a good idea. Toddler corner available in the morning sessions.

Also I now do HEN PARTIES with a ZUMBA® fitness theme which includes dancing and party games. ☺.

I am also qualified in doing Zumba Gold for the less agile and chair based pupils and

Zumba Toning with the weights or shakers and I hope to do some classes in the near future ☺

FUNDANCE is a chance to exercise and have FUN with your child, grandchild or friend. We do lots of FUN dance routines to popular TV songs, party songs and the old favourite nursery rhymes such as Row, Row your Boat, Bob The Builder, , , Dingle Dangle Scarecrow, Bananas in Pyjamas, Birdie Song, Agaddoo, Hokey Cokey, Nellie the Elephant, Conga and lots, lots more. These sessions are great for confidence building and preparing them for school.

Monday afternoons sessions are 1/2 hr at £3.50 and all the other classes are 1 hr sessions at £4.50 plus £1 if you have an extra child. including parachute and drink and biscuits. No need to book you can just turn up.

Zumbatomic® Is a specially designed class for children (age 4-12+ years) to encourage kids to develop a healthy lifestyle and to incorporate fitness in a natural part of the lives through dance, music and exercise. There are NO exams or stress involved (they have enough of that at school). The children will have FUN, exercise, build up their confidence and social skills and we will also do popular disco / party routines as well as the Zumbatomic® routines. It doesn’t matter if they go wrong provided they are enjoying themselves and having fun fun fun ☺.
